XINGFA was awarded as the National Model Enterprise with Environmental Protection and Cleaning Production, National Pilot Projects on Circular Economy etc.
Reduction-to-minimization Utilization for Waste Gases
- For the project of Reduction-to-minimization Utilization for Waste Gases, for which XINGFA has always insisted on the sound combination between Off-gases Controlling and Off-gases Exploitation & Utilization; for which XINGFA has already invested into the construction of the new-type Sulfur-bed Boiler instead of Chains Boiler; for which we have successfully conducted the collecting works for Off-gases in the production of Yellow Phosphorus which shall be recycled as power fuels to Sodium Tripolyphosphate, Sodium Hexametaphosphate and so on & chemical raw materials to related downstream products; for which we have also initiated the project of collecting Phosphine (one kind of off gases during the production process of Sodium Hypophosphite) for producing Phosphoric Acid & Fire Retardant, which is of great significance for the recycling rate of off-gases (more than 95%).
Recycling Utilization for Waste Water
- For chemical industrial park sewage treatment system and upgrading the equipment cooling water system, and built the photocatalytic sulfoxide wastewater treatment device, fills the blank of photocatalytic wastewater industry application in domestic.At the same time, it collects and disposes the phosphorous surface water in each plant area, and the industrial sewage and cooling water is closed and recycled, which becomes the benchmark enterprise for the prevention and control of water pollution in the industry.
